Returns: Returns are accepted only when the
item arrives not as described. We must be made aware of
a misrepresented item within 7 days of delivery. We will e-mail a UPS
return shipping tag for the return of the item and will refund or
exchange the item. (Please provide e-mail address)
Damaged Items: Please notify us of damaged
items within 7 days of delivery. Provide description and or photos of
all damaged goods along with a phone number. We will immediately file a
UPS claim for the item. At the time UPS picks up the damaged item buyer
is entitled to refund or replacement.
